What’s the process to secure a booking date?
Securing your date is simple. Once you’ve connected with our team and confirmed availability, a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit officially reserve your event. Due to demand, dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is the venue Rental cost?
Every event at 42West is tailored, so pricing varies. Reach out for a custom quote—we’re happy to walk you through options that align with your vision and priorities.
What is your guest capacity?
42West is a flexible, inviting venue designed for a wide range of event styles and guest counts. With three distinct spaces—Annex, Gallery, and Main Space—we accommodate gatherings from 10 to 350 guests. Our stylized furniture and décor support everything from weddings and celebrations to trade shows and corporate events, while our team helps tailor the layout to ensure your event feels comfortable, intentional, and beautifully executed.
How long is the rental and what does it include?
Each event includes a dedicated venue rental window, along with time for setup and breakdown. Our goal is to create a seamless experience from arrival to final send-off, with additional time available if your event calls for it. We strive to be as flexible as possible for our clients!
Can I bring my own caterer & vendors?
Yes—clients are welcome to bring in their own licensed and insured vendors. We also offer a curated list of trusted partners who know the space well and consistently deliver an exceptional experience. Whichever route you choose, we’re here to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
What about parking and valet?
We offer onsite parking and surrounding street parking. We pair this with our partnership with professional valet services to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for your guests. Based on your event size and flow, our team will guide you on whether valet or additional parking solutions are recommended.
Do you offer decor or styling options?
Yes! We offer curated decor packages designed to elevate your event while simplifying the planning process. Our packages are thoughtfully created to complement the 42West aesthetic and bring your vision to life.
Do I need insurance or anything else to book?
To protect both our clients and the space, event insurance is required for all bookings. Any outside vendors must also be licensed and insured. Our team will guide you through these requirements to make the process simple and straightforward. In order to secure your date, you will be required to sign our contract and pay a 50% deposit.
