Non-PROFIT VENUe BOOKING INFORMATION

Determined to make a meaningful impact, Lauren Pelissier, owner of 42West, created a venue that would serve as both a stunning event space and a platform for giving back. As part of her commitment, 42West is proud to offer its venue at reduced rates to qualified non-profits in the metro Atlanta area based on availability, date and timing of event. Unlike many event venues that offer minimal discounts on less desirable dates, 42West is dedicated to offering prime dates and times to non-profits once a month— ensuring that these organizations can host their events in a truly special space.

42West’s non-profit is focused on supporting underserved and minority groups in metro Atlanta. We require each charity to fill out our application and must meet ALL the criteria below to be considered for selection.

 - Non-profit must be registered as  a 501c3, AS WELL as a charity. Proof of documentation will be required.

 - Non-profit must provide funds and/or support the following groups in the metro Atlanta area; underserved populations, minority populations, children, women and groups fighting for equality in regards to race, gender and sexual orientation.

 - The sole purpose of the event must be to raise funds for the qualified non-profit.

- 42West will provide qualified high school students seeking volunteer hours to serve as event support staff before/during the event. The non-profit must be able to provide documentation to the students for their volunteer hours.

Note: Once a month, a qualified non-profit can use the venue on a prime day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for $5,500. Any additional qualified non-profits will receive $1,000 off the venue rental fee on prime days. Additional discounts may be given Monday-Wednesday depending on venue availability, timing and scope of the event. Qualified non-profits selected to receive a discount will be required to use our in house furniture and will be restricted on load in/out times.
