CATERING

42West Entertainment Group has a list of preferred caterers however you are permitted to use your own caterer. There is not a fee to use a caterer of your choice. All caterers must be licensed and insured.

ALCOHOL SERVICE

42West Entertainment Group permits you to provide your own alcohol with no bar minimums or fee to bring in your own alcohol. We can also provide you with a list of approved alcohol Vendors who can provide bar packages and pricing. All alcohol must be served by licensed and insured bar tenders. Liability insurance is required for all alcohol service

• A venue manager is on-site for the duration of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• 42West Entertainment Group requires security for all events.

• 42West Entertainment Group will determine the level of security needed and the staff accordingly.
